About Feedback
Feedback is a community space to share thoughtful ideas, report issues, and suggest ways to make the Pi Network community experience better. Keep contributions constructive, respectful, and free of private or sensitive information.
Privacy policy
We collect and retain only the information needed to operate Feedback, provide secure sign-in, prevent abuse, and moderate the service. If you sign in, we use your email address to send a one-time login link and associate your chosen username with your account. Email addresses are encrypted in our database; account lookups use a one-way keyed digest rather than readable email text.
We store posts you submit, basic timestamps, reaction data, and limited security information such as IP-related records used for rate limiting and moderation. Magic-link tokens are stored as hashes and expire after 15 minutes. Administrator moderation actions may be logged for accountability.
We do not sell your personal information. Public posts and usernames are visible to other visitors. Please never include passwords, private keys, wallet recovery phrases, personal contact details, or other sensitive information in feedback. Anonymous posting is available when enabled. Moderators may remove content that breaks the rules.
Information is retained only as needed to run, secure, and moderate the service. Public posts may remain visible until removed by a moderator. For privacy questions or a data-removal request, contact the site administrator.
This is a plain-language privacy notice and may be updated as Feedback evolves.
Delete my data
Request removal of the account associated with your email address. We’ll email a verification link. Nothing changes unless you open the link and confirm. Once confirmed, you’ll be signed out immediately, your account’s posts will be hidden, and eligible data will be permanently deleted after 24 hours.

When disabled, visitors must sign in with a verified email before posting. Existing posts remain visible.

Clear entire chat history
Permanently deletes all posts, including already hidden posts, and their reactions. This cannot be undone.
